We regret that ISE EXPO 2017 was cancelled and you were unable to participate as planned. Accordingly, we have adjusted our normal show rates for the services you ordered to include only the work actually performed by Freeman.
All furniture, carpet, cleaning and labor orders will be refunded in full by October 6, 2017.
Freeman Exhibit Transportation services remain in full for all freight received via FET at our warehouse. If you chose FET as your carrier for your outbound shipment it will be at full cost.
Material Handling charges, for items received in our advance warehouse, will be discounted 50% which will be reflected on your invoice by October 6, 2017.
NOTE: Every outbound shipment will require a material handling agreement and shipping labels. Please complete this outbound shipping form and return by email to FreemanOrlandoES@freeman.com so we may prepare your material handling agreement and print shipping labels. Please make arrangements with your carrier to have your freight picked up at our warehouse no later than Friday, October 6,, 2017. Warehouse hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 am – 3:30 pm. All freight not picked up by that date will be subject to transportation and additional warehouse fees.

Electrical order refunds for ISE EXPO 2017 have already been submitted to our finance department who is currently working on processing them. You will receive a confirmation of your refund. Refunds will be made on the same credit card that was used to place the order.

Ceavco will be issuing refunds directly to the credit card holders for those who had submitted payments for Audio Visual rentals on the exhibit floor.
If you have not received a credit on your account and an email confirmation of the cancellation, by Wednesday Sept. 27th, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for personal customer service.

Due to the circumstances of the Hurricane which interrupted the ISE EXPO in Orlando, Florida, Showcare Event Solutions will be processing refunds for all Lead Retrieval orders. These refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment by end of day Wednesday, September 27th.
An updated confirmation will be sent by email for your records.
Organizations who paid by check will receive their refund by mail.

Due to the cancellation of the ISE EXPO 2017 show; All Convention Cleaners, Inc. will begin processing refunds for cleaning orders the week of September 25, 2017. All refunds will be made by the same payment method as charged. Payment by check will be refunded by check and credit card charges will be put back on the same card as the original charge.
